What we store

Your email address, when you sign in. Nothing else about you: no name, no phone number, no photo.

The listings you save, so they are on every device you sign in from. Before you sign in they are kept only in your browser.

If you list your own place: the text, photos, location, price and the phone number you enter. These are published on the site so renters can reach you.

Signing in

By email: we send a one-time 6-digit code. We keep only a hash of the code, and it expires within minutes.

With Google: we receive your email address from Google and use it only if Google confirms it is verified. We do not receive or store your Google password, contacts or any other data.

After sign-in your browser keeps a session cookie (vr_session) for up to 90 days. It is the only cookie we set, and it is needed for the sign-in to work. We store only a hash of it.

What we do not do

No advertising, no analytics or tracking scripts, no selling or sharing of your data. We do not send you newsletters; the only email you get from us is the sign-in code you asked for.

Services involved

The site runs on our own server. Requests pass through Cloudflare, which protects the site and sees your IP address as any network provider does. The map is served from our own server too; no third-party map service sees your requests. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security and troubleshooting.

Listings collected from public rental sites are shown as published there; we do not store the phone numbers of their authors.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time from the account menu. To delete your account and everything linked to it, or to get a copy of it, write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We do it within 30 days.
