What VietRent is

A search tool for long-term rentals in Vietnam. Most listings are collected from public rental websites and translated automatically; some are posted directly by owners.

We are not a real estate agent and not a party to any rental agreement. Any deal is made directly between the renter and the owner or their agent.

Listings are not verified

We do not inspect properties or check who posted a listing. Prices, photos, availability and descriptions may be outdated or wrong, and automatic translation can make mistakes.

See the place in person before paying anything, never send a deposit to someone you have not met, and check the contract. If something looks like a scam, report it to us.

If you list your place

You must have the right to rent out the property and post only true information, your own photos and a phone number where you can be reached.

You keep the rights to your text and photos and allow us to show, translate and resize them on VietRent for as long as the listing is published.

We may edit obvious errors, hide or remove a listing that breaks these rules or looks misleading, and remove listings that stay unconfirmed for a long time.

Your account

Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Please do not

Post fake, duplicate or misleading listings, use the site to defraud people, overload or attack the service, or try to access other people's accounts.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it always will be, and we are not liable for losses arising from a listing or a deal made through information found here.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
